how three siblings from the suburbs grew up to be creative forces (and freaks) of nature
I had a freakishly big noggin as an infant, too! BIG head, BIG brain, I always say.
Yes! I need to do a post just about "The Thomas Big-Head."
I bet I've visited 10,000 blogs. I can only remember one that focused on sibling relationships. It was a blog by a woman in Florida who had four siblings. I think it was called The Five Little Laramores, but I can't find it now. They were in and out of foster care and she never developed the idea completley, but at any rate - there are very few blogs out there about siblings, which makes this one especially divine. =) I love the honesty-transparency of your writing - with never a hint of smarm. It's hard for most to achieve, but you've done so effortlessly. I am the youngest of five and I bet you were an awesome big sister to have...
I found you on For The Love of Blogs and thought I'd tag you in this writing meme/blog award called "7 Facts." If you choose to partake, go to http://idylltoast.blogspot.com/ to see the rules and copy the picture for your blog. Congratulations!
Wow, Jen, that made me kind of teary-eyed. Thanks so much for the encouragement. When I got interested in starting a blog I didn't want to be too copy-catty of my sisters' blog, and I didn't want to be a mom blog... and then I realized the most unique I could share, is the three of us combined. Dang! Now I really need to post again, ha!
Sunny, I will definitely check it out. Thanks for the invite!
